Nuove modifiche al Regolamento (CE) n. 1223/2009 del Parlamento Europeo e del Consiglio sui #ProdottiCosmetici.
Con il Regolamento (UE) 2022/1531 del 15 settembre 2022, infatti, sono stati introdotti dei cambiamenti per quanto riguarda l’utilizzo nei prodotti cosmetici di determinate sostanze classificate come cancerogene, mutagene o tossiche per la riproduzione.
In particolare, ad esempio, è stata aggiunta la voce 2-idrossibenzoato di metile nell’allegato III, cioè nell’elenco delle sostanze il cui uso è vietato nei prodotti cosmetici, salvo entro determinati limiti.
Il Regolamento entrerà in vigore per la maggior parte delle modifiche dal 17 dicembre 2022.

With new Regulation (EU) 2022/1531 of 15 September 2022 were introduced changes regarding the use in cosmetic products of certain substances classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction.
In particular, for example, methyl 2-hydroxybenzoate has been added to Annex III, i.e. in the list of substances whose use is prohibited in cosmetic products, except within certain limits.
The Regulation will come into force for most changes from December 17th, 2022.
